FAQ
In Greater LA, a standard paver patio runs roughly $10–$22 per square foot installed, depending on material and complexity. A 300 sq ft patio typically costs $3,000–$7,000 for basic concrete pavers and up to $15,000+ for premium travertine. We provide a detailed written quote after your free on-site visit so you know exactly what to budget. Call (818) 231-9180 to schedule.
Poured concrete is a single slab — if it cracks, the repair is visible. Pavers are individual units: if one cracks or shifts, you replace just that piece. Pavers also offer much more design flexibility (patterns, colors, borders) and better drainage. In earthquake-prone LA, pavers handle ground movement far better than monolithic slabs.
Most standard patio and driveway work doesn't require a permit in LA County, but retaining walls over 4 feet, structures with electrical, or major grading work typically do. We handle all permitting for projects that require it — you don't need to figure it out yourself.
A typical patio or driveway takes 3–7 days from start to finish, depending on size and prep work. Larger projects with retaining walls or extensive grading may take 1–2 weeks. We give you a precise written timeline in your proposal so you can plan accordingly.
We work with concrete pavers, travertine, flagstone, slate, bluestone, brick, exposed aggregate concrete, stamped concrete, and more. During your free consultation we'll walk you through the options that suit your style, budget, and LA's climate requirements.
